Who we are

Sand Photostudio is a photo studio in Yerevan, Armenia. This policy covers the Sand Photostudio service as a whole: our website at sandphotostudio.am, our online booking system, and both of our apps — the Sand Photostudio app used by customers to book a studio, and the Sand Studio Manager app used by studio teams.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, surname, email address, and phone number, provided when you create an account or make a booking. You can book as a guest without creating an account, in which case we hold the name and phone number you give for that booking.
• Booking details — the room, date, time, and duration of your sessions, the number of guests, and payment status for those sessions.
• Notes you write — the optional comment you can add to a booking. It is read only by studio staff handling your session.
• Device push notification tokens — for signed-in users of either app, a device token used solely to deliver notifications about bookings to that device. Guests are not registered for notifications, and the token is removed when you sign out or delete your account.

We do not collect anything beyond what is listed above.

How we use it

• Operating your bookings — scheduling sessions and sending booking-related messages.
• Signing you in and keeping your account secure.
• Notifying you about your own bookings, and studio teams about booking activity.
• Running the loyalty scheme — counting the hours you book and the coins they earn.

That is the full list. We do not use your data for anything else.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in a hosted database, and all traffic between your device and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the database is limited to what is needed to run the service.

No sale of data, no advertising

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking on our website or in our apps.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to manage your bookings.

In the Sand Photostudio app you can delete your account yourself at any time:Profile → Delete account. Doing so removes your personal details, signs every device out, and stops any notifications. Past bookings are kept for the studio's own accounting, stripped of anything that identifies you. Accounts in the Sand Studio Manager app are managed by the studio, so deletion there is a request — see ourSupport page.

You can also email us at any time and we will remove your data, unless we are legally required to keep a record.
