Sand Photostudio — the customer app

Sand Photostudio is the booking app for anyone renting a space at our studio in Yerevan, Armenia. You can browse both halls — Art Room and Cyclo Room — check live availability, and reserve a session.

Using it without an account

An account is optional. Tap Continue as guest on the opening screen to browse the studios and complete a booking — you enter your name and phone number as part of the booking itself. An account adds three things: your booking history, the ability to change or cancel a booking from the app, and loyalty coins.

Creating an account

You can sign up inside the app. Sign-in works either with a one-time code sent to your phone over WhatsApp or Telegram, or with an email address and password.

Deleting your account

Open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. You are asked to confirm, and the account is removed along with the personal data held with it. This cannot be undone. Records the studio is required to keep for its own accounting are retained without anything that identifies you.

Sand Studio Manager — the staff app

Sand Studio Manager is the staff app for Sand Photostudio. Studio employees use it to manage the booking calendar, client records, and payment status for sessions held at the studio.

There is no sign-up in that app. Accounts are created by the studio administrator, and each account's access to individual sections is granted by the studio. If you need access, contact the studio at the address below. Because accounts are created and removed by the studio, deletion is a request rather than a button — emailsand.photostudio@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", stating the email address of the account. In the app the same route is More > About > Request account deletion.
